Goliaths - Inspired by the Giants of 1986, the Goliaths feature a legendary linebacker who can singlehandedly force a turnover or stop a breakaway. The Goliaths feature a strong overall defense and a ball-control rushing attack punctuated by surprise passing.

Pigskins - Inspired by the 1991 Washington Super Bowl champs, the Pigskins feature a savvy, veteran roster that wears down their opponent with consistent, error-free football. Their deep passing game is exceptional and the balance of their offense is often difficult for opponents to predict. Add in a capable defense with predictive 2nd Half Adjustments and you have a recipe for championship success.

Sentinels - Inspired by the 1991 Saints, the Sentinels feature the iconic "Dome Patrol" linebacking corps, often named the best in pro football history. Their Dome Patrol mechanism allows the linebackers to plug gaps, force turnovers, and grind opponents to a halt. However, the Offense is underwhelming with lower-than-expected card values. Because the Sentinels lose strength on both sides of the ball in the 2nd half, this team offers a compelling challenge for experienced coaches.
